Poems
Stark
Maybe I'm strange, maybe I just think that way.
There's nothing you can do, just help me climb down from the
throne I sit on,
I don't belong. I don't belong anywhere.
And all I can do is stare and wonder why everything has become so
remote.
Maybe I'm strange, maybe I just live till another day.
There's nothing you can do, I just have to find my way.
I don't have to be strong, I don't have to be anything.
And all I can do is stare, wondering is there anything out there.
Wonder will this ever change
Why I've become so astray
Living in just an empty place
How long will it stay that way?
Maybe I'm strange, maybe I just think that way.
You don't have to say anything, just be close.
To be me, help me to tear down this wall.
Even if I don't feel anything,
just keep trying you will reach me
when the stones are beginning to fall.
South
Maria (Calls my name)
South Maria cries her warm tears over me
blows softly
South Maria,
Its been a long time since we could be this free (this
free)
And she runs
I dont know where shes going
but I can hear the wind is blowing my name.
Wherever she takes me
Ill follow freely
life will never be the same
South Maria calls my name
South Maria plays,
and wraps her love around me
I surrender freely,
and the wind leads me wherever I feel South Maria in my heart
theres where I belong where I feel strong
Where the waters run,
dont know where its going
but I can hear the wind blowing my name.
Wherever she takes me
Ill follow freely
life will never be the same
South Maria calls my name
South Maria covers my eyes with her leaves
Shes all that I believe
As I run I can hear autumn is calling
the seasons are changing fast
She gives me a new found faith in the future,
no more regrets to haunt me from the past
I will run
Even tho I dont know where shes going
but I can hear the wind is calling out my name.
So wherever she takes me
Ill follow freely
life will never be the same
South Maria calls my name
The night our voices were heard
We always had
different lives to lead
Voices divided by different dreams
But we could always understand
what crying and laughter means
Till our hopes were taken, our existence shaken
and blood starts to flow
How many people
divided
how many lives lost we will never know
Say love will find us
in the end (Its not to late)
People with one voice
And now one dream
Let our children know,
What freedom means
Say peace will find us in the end
War will never again divide this land
(But dont put your trust in the hands of one man)
See my friend
See our new found lost
all these years
And for what a cost
But now our voices can no longer be silence
There will be no more violence
Our voices will be heard
Our voices are heard.
While love has no chance to
grow
and hope is gone in every eye
When fear shows,
We will be carrying words
Words of love and hope
When people still are searching
New horizons continue to show
Then faith has chance to grow
We will be carrying words
Helping people to cope...
Someone New
I prayed the world for love
Never before I felt alone
Once I wished you had not been gone
But still you were never there
When I was young
And you think of me now, now that I'm older
I prayed the world for love
I needed nothing more
Love like only a mother can give to her child
It came to me, so unaware
All the time you were there
When I had it all
Now I understand what makes man fall
When your heart is with only one
The only one I still love
It's no use when I wasn't aware
Didn't know how to love
When she was there
All the love I have inside
Wish I had given it to you
Now I open my heart for someone new
And I think of you... Now I'm older
Once I
prayed the world for love
Then I had your love for me
So unaware, didn't know it was there
Never was my life so complete
But I never knew what you needed
When you had it All
Now I understand what makes man fall
When your heart is with only one
The only one I still love
It's no use I wasn't aware
Didn't know how to love when she was there
All the love I have inside
Wish I had given it to you
Now my heart is open
For someone new....

A Rabbits
howl
Some light is all you needed
as you try to get out of your hole
Try to get a glimpse of the sunlight
As you try to escape the battle
inside your head
You're so young and innocent
barely reached the age of five
And you are already marked for life
You don't know what's happening to you
What he is doing with you
You don't know where to go and how to reach for help
You slip away in your hole
Stuck in a Rabbits howl
You don't know how to reach for help on the outside
So you try to find help on the inside
And then one day
As years grabbed up behind you
You try to find the truth
But it's already known
You are stuck in a rabbit's howl
And just when you thought
That you have reached out from your hole
It takes just one slip
which makes you fall
Stuck in a Rabbits Howl
There is someone in your head
You are not alone
And in the crowd of people
you lost your way home
