Working method

For a quick, smooth and efficient processing of your order there are certain matters, that sponsor a good and flexible cooperation:

1. First it is of interest that it is clear for whom you work. Thus clearly state your name and the name of the company that has an account with us.
2. Give clearly a name and address where the package is to be picked up and a name and address where it is to be delivered.
3. Then to specify the service and tarif we have to know how late you at the latest want to have the package at the destination. If you are acquainted with our terms, state the service you want to use. Otherwise you give on to us a latest delivery time.
4. Thoughtcontainer sends a courier and delivers within the agreed times.
5. Might you need a P.o.D. (Proof of Delivery) then Thoughtcontainer keeps these on the signing list on archive. These are always for you requestable.

Pickup and delivery are only possible with real expectations on location and can be negotiated. Efficiency.

Businessrelations accept mutual costs of 1,10 euro per minute if pickup or delivery exceed 10 minutes of the agreement. Changing tires takes about 10 minutes, for example. In case of real emergency, like accidents and demand of the hour, the waiting time ends after 60 minutes and pickup and delivery will be done later or the next day. If pickup and delivery was not possible because of courier, this service will be free of charge. If pickup and delivery was not possible because of customer, this service will be charged if order is already active. Cancelling pickup and / or delivery when order is already being executed will be half the price. A second new order for delivery will be required.

Transported documents or goods may not exceed 7 kilo, A2 format, or 60 cm x 42 cm x 10 cm without surcharge.
